Privacy policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026. The short version: we use what you send to reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, project type, optional budget range and message you choose to send, along with your IP address. That is all. This site sets no analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers, advertising pixels or social widgets.
How we use it
Your submission is delivered to us by email at facet@sourceofgems.com and used for one purpose: replying to you about your enquiry. It is not stored in a database on this site, not sold or shared with anyone else, and not added to any marketing list.
Email correspondence
If you contact us by email we keep the correspondence only as long as we need it to work together or to keep a record of a project we delivered. Your own email provider's privacy policy applies to your copy of the conversation.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Hostinger. Like any web server, it keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses and requested URLs for security and troubleshooting. We do not use those logs to build any profile of visitors.
Your rights
Write to facet@sourceofgems.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action a deletion request within thirty days, and usually the same week.
